What is CIRCABC ? CIRCABC is used to create collaborative workspaces where communities of users can work together over the web and share information and resources. Library: What is it? The Library is the place where the documents are stored, shared and managed This service is made of spaces & content Any space can contain sub-spaces & content Only users with role Lib-admin, Lib-fulledit or Lib- Manageown can create spaces and add content into the Library
