CGD Team • The CGD Team is responsible for all aspects of club growth, club building and member- and club-retention efforts within the district. • Extend the district’s network of clubs by chartering new clubs . • Strengthen each club in the district by providing the tools and knowledge needed for achieving membership growth. • Provide resources to help struggling clubs recover and grow.

CGD Team
Club Retention Team • Retention of existing members. • Promote membership building programs. • Non renewing members support. • Appointment and management of Club coaches for clubs whose membership is 12 or below. • Training of all appointed Club Coaches and following up on their progress.
Club Extension Team • Manage all credible new club leads within the boundaries of the district. • Contact, follow up with and track the status of all leads/opportunities. • Schedule and staff all demonstration meetings. • Recruit and assign and train club sponsors to new club opportunities in the district. • Support with the Club Chartering Process.
Club Quality Team • Recruit and assign club mentors to the newly chartered clubs in the district. • Understand and facilitate club mentor training; refine the curriculum and assist mentors with their responsibilities to ensure they serve their clubs effectively. • Collaborate with Club Extension and Retention Chairs and Teams to create effective resources and tools to achieve the objectives. • Provide PR and marketing support.
Club New Source Research & Analysis • The club new source research chair assists in developing the district’s marketing plan. • Generates new club leads at the district level. • Data analysis of District performance.
Current Status • 69 Clubs 1-12 29% (Coaches) • 70 Clubs 13-19 29% (Retention) • 69 Clubs 20-29 29% (30+ members) • 30 Clubs 30-55 13% • Strengthen each club in the district by providing the tools and knowledge needed for achieving membership growth. • Provide resources to help struggling clubs recover and grow. • Extend the district’s network of clubs by chartering new clubs.
Plan (2020-2021)
Plan (2020-2021) • Appoint needed coaches and provide training (coordinate with Ads and Clubs. Request needs to come from the Clubs). • Tracking Club Coach performance. • Reinstating members (30+ members). • Area Directors follow up with Clubs related to members who won’t renew. • Moments of Truth – All Clubs and a requirement for CGD Awards. • Club sponsors training.
Plan (2020-2021) • Follow leads (leads come from WHQs and from Clubs). • Revisit current leads. • Speech Craft – New Clubs. • Club mentors training. • Regular trainings related to growth, membership building, enhancing membership experience, meeting quality. • Study markets (new and existing). • Creating innovative Awards for appreciating every initiative and idea contributing to growth of the District. • Target: clubs with 30+ members. • Areas to add 1 club • All Clubs need to update their status online as “meeting online”.
