Construction Projects Update 80 active construction projects across NB Coronado • Total Value of $270M; most target large repairs to facilities and infrastructure • Others prepare buildings for future requirements and new weapons platforms ~ 50% of $1B Coastal Campus program for Naval Special Warfare facilities will be under contract by the end of FY 2017 • Meet current requirements for SEALs • Integrates new sustainable and low impact design features 2

Naval Air Station North Island Eight renovation projects for Enlisted Quarters at $36.5M • Modernization of living areas • Life, health and safety upgrades Energy and water reduction initiatives • Decentralizing inefficient base wide steam system with expected savings of $5.6M per year • Installation of low maintenance landscaping to reduce water consumption Continued upkeep of airfield • $10M to repair asphalt and cracks of runways and taxiways • $3.6M for FY17 repairs scheduled to be awarded in July 2017 3
