How to Apply • File the annual FAFSA or California Dream Act application between October 1 – March 2 for priority aid consideration • fafsa.gov • dream.csac.ca.gov • New applicants should file a Cal Grant GPA Verification form between October 1 – March 2 to be considered for a Cal Grant • Sign-up for Webgrants4Students • mygrantinfo.csac.ca.gov
How to Apply: FAFSA and Dream Act Application: Tips • Create an FSA ID before starting your FAFSA • File early, both applications open in October of each year • When completing the Dream Act application save it as you go through the application • Male applicants between 18 and 25 must register for Selective Service, including U.S. Citizens and eligible noncitizens. You can register through your FAFSA or California Dream Act application. • Remember that the information being entered is sensitive information and please ensure that you have logged out when done • Review your Student Aid report for any possible errors
