  4.  Right from medical school days I’ve wanted to do neurosurgery. Now that I have actually done an attachment in it, I realise it’s not right for me. So what do I do?   I definitely want to do surgery. All I need to know is what are the best runs to do and how do I get into the training programme as quickly as possible?   Internal medicine sounds good but do I really want to be a medical registrar? 
