IN INITIAL & ONGOING LIS ISTING FEES INITIAL FEES Initia ial Lis isting Fees for a Corporate issuer, including a Special Purpose Acquisition Corporation (“SPAC”), are based on the Lis isting Capitaliz izatio ion, except for a new class or series of securities of an Other Listed Issuer (a supplemental listing), for which a flat rate applies. In the case of a migration or cross-listing of securities listed on another exchange, the initial listing fees may be discounted as set out below. The Initia ial Lis istin ing Fee is calculated as 0.1% of of the Lis isting Capitaliz izatio ion, subject to a minimum and maximum fee of of 50 50,000 000 CAD and 150 150,000 000 CAD, respectively. If the listing application involves multiple classes or series of Listed Securities, an additional fee of 10 10,000 000 CAD for each additional class or series of securities to be listed will apply. The submission of the Listing Application must be accompanied by a non-refundable le fee of of 5,000 000 CAD plus applicable taxes, which will be applied against the initial listing fee. The NEO Exchange will calculate the total initial listing fee amount and will invoice the applicant for the balance, which is due prior to commencement of trading.
