Marketing Analysis Problem: Current Mars rovers have a wide range of capabilities, including manual control, surveying and scouting, and image processing. These rovers use sensors to avoid and communicate with astronauts or scientists to send in data for study. Since these rovers are exploring completely new worlds, they need constant improvements to execute current tasks efficiently and perform new missions. Solution: Our robot implements state-of-the-art image detection and tracking in a completely autonomous mode, as well as allowing a human to take control and map a new area. With our robot, an astronaut can find accessible paths, see images, and track objects without ever stepping foot in the region he or she is exploring.
