ABOUT COMPANY The "TWEKO" painting equipment plant is a family- owned company that was founded in 1992. From the moment of creation till now, the specialists of the enterprise have developed and implemented into production dozens of models of equipment for cleaning and preparation surfaces of products, as well as equipment for painting and drying various coatings - soils, varnishes, paints, thermal insulation coatings, etc.. For all its time, the main goal of the company was to create safe and comfortable working conditions for the most effective preparation / painting works in various industries, ranging from the provision of painting services to individuals and the introduction of high- performance painting plots at large industrial factory's.

MAIN COMPANY PRODUCTS Painting and drying chamber (KFS) is a complex of equipment, which significantly increases the quality of painting and drying of protective or decorative paint and varnish coating. The KFS provides a constant and uniform flow of clean air heated to a given temperature, and thanks to the air preparation system, dust and other contaminating particles that can enter the chamber from the atmosphere, are effectively captured and delayed and full air purification is achieved during coating. Overpressure resulting from a right- calculated system of inlet and exhaust ventilation prevents dust from entering the clean room from the outside. In this case, the chamber provides the implementation of a full cycle of work on the quality of applying paint and varnish materials to the surface and their subsequent drying, with the observance of temperature and time regimes, set by the operator. MAIN COMPANY PRODUCTS The abrasive blasting chamber (KASO) is a complex of equipment designed to create safe working conditions for efficient and quick cleaning of surfaces of various products from rust, scale, paint or other contaminants. The dimensions of KASO and its processes meet all the most demanding requirements for the protection of workers during blasting. In KASO, any type of abrasive materials can be used, depending on the type of surface to be treated, it may be steel pounded fraction / cast fraction, glass balls, electrocorundum, boron carbide or silicon, and others. In this case, KASO provides a full cycle of work on the supply, collection and regeneration of abrasive material. The abrasive blasting chamber is equipped with a fully automatic system for collecting and regenerating abrasive material, as well as a ventilation and dust removal system, which makes the product cleaning process as efficient as possible. MAIN COMPANY PRODUCTS Automatic pass-through shot blasting machine UDO is intended for clearing of rust, scale, and other contaminations of steel sheets, beams, corner profiles and pipes. Shot blasting machine installation allows you to clean metal surfaces with an appropriate level of roughness and create an optimum surface for further application of paint and varnish coating. Due to shot blasting cleansing, it improves significantly adhesion to paint and lengthens the life of metal products. UDO cleans products according to the ISO Sa2.5 standard, whereby the surface should look like sealed from visible oil, grease and dirt, and from most of the scale, rust, paint and other foreign substances. The equipment consists of a roller conveyor, a chamber, a shot blasting turbine, an air separator fraction of dust (separator), shot cleaning system, dust removal system, longitudinal roller table conveyor, automatic control system and other devices. ADDITIONAL EQUIPMENT FOR EFFECTIVE WORK Lifting-mobile platforms are installed on each side of the cab of the painting and drying chamber and provide a quick and safe movement of painters along the products. The platform movement is provided by pneumatic actuators, designed for long-term use. Platform management can be done directly from the work basket, while at the same time at any height. The control panel inside the basket allows you to maneuver along walls right-to-left, up-down, and protrude the basket from the wall to the product. ADDITIONAL EQUIPMENT FOR EFFECTIVE WORK The rail transport trolley (RTV) is intended for the transportation of various products and goods between production sites, located in one or different production rooms. RTV is a powerful welded platform with lower-mounted running wheels. The longitudinal and transverse stiffness is provided by powerful metal profiles that form the basis of the platform. The upper surface of the cart is flat, entirely covered with a corrugated or cut sheet in the thickness of 3-4 mm. The machine performs the dispersal of abrasive particles using the energy of compressed air and directs them through a nozzle to a cleaned surface.
