  4. Homeless Services for South Bay  Dedicated community outreach program specific to the South Bay provided by People Assisting the Homeless (PATH)  Mobile case management  Dedicated local hotline  Coordination with the local service providers

Battery Electric Vehicle Findings  Charging Forward: Realizing the Potential of Electric Vehicles  Thursday, November 12 – 11:30 am 2:30 pm  The objectives of Charging Forward include:  sharing the findings and recommendations of the demonstration with interested parties;  discussing the feasibility of implementing the recommendations;  obtaining advice from stakeholders on next steps, and  forming new partnerships with other organizations in order to more effectively accelerate the PEV market

EV Event – Charging Forward (cont’d)  Some of the topics that will be discussed include:  Is the current BEV the right product?  What should BEV marketing emphasize?  Do applications differ between BEVs and NEVs?  How can the subsidies be made more effective?  What’s the role of land use in accelerating zero emission vehicles?  What other vehicle or charging infrastructure demonstrations could contribute?
