• How does your co-worker perceive what you say? – 55% body language. – 38 % the way it’s said. – 7% the actual words spoken • Your body language shows: - How you understand yourself - How you think your interlocutor understands you - Your own belief in what you are saying For e.g. when you are talking to a colleague your body language will show your opinion about him or her, what you think what he or she means about you and something about your feelings to yourself.
Distance (Territory) Zones • In general you divided the human territory into four zones, which is called distance zones. – In the intimate ميمح zone we fight and make love. – In the personal zone we speak together in confidence. – The social zone is normally used in a working context. The human territory is divided into four zones: – 0- 50 cm The intimate zone: Here we fight and love. – 0, 5 – 1, 3 m The personal zone: Here we talk in confidence. – 1, 3 – 3, 75 m The social zone: Your social life - work, friends etc. – 3, 75 – ca. 8 m The public zone: Here we are making lectures, theatre or the like .
Eyes :- Gives you one of the largest personal keys that show you genuinely what is going on in the mind of the person you talking with. You'll learn through eyes what’’s he thinks in. If pupil expanded, it seems that the that the other one have just heard something pleased him. And vice versa. 1. Eyebrows:- If one raises one eyebrow, he told you that he did not believe you or see that what you said is impossible. But raising both eyebrows refers that he has been surprised. 1. Nose and ears:- If scratching his nose or passed his hands over his ears while dragging them, it means that he was puzzled about what you say and may be likely he did not know at all what you want!
• Forehead :- If sulk هنيبج بطق and look for land in a frown , it means that he was puzzled or confused كبترم وأ ريحتم or he does not like to hear what you’ve just said. But if the extended his forehead and submitted it to the top, it indicates the surprise of what he heard from you. Shoulders: shaking them means that person didn’t care about what you said. Fingers :- If the person clicked on the seat arm with his fingers, this refers that he’s nervous or to lack of patience, it means that this person is trying to isolate himself from others or that he’s actually afraid.
