Recruit & engage new contractors Currently 45 active & provisional participating contractors in Alameda County Direct mailings + outreach to trade groups and professional associations 2. Engage low-to- moderate income and “harder to serve” populations Focus on health benefits of energy efficiency Partner with community organizations such as Rising Sun Center for Opportunity 3.
