THE CITY OF THE FUTURE:: - has to stopp the sprawl! Inner development before claiming outside areas! City and Region must have intensive coordinations - Is dense, mixed and close connected to the Open Public - Tansportation System (max. 250 meters) - Is a City of Decentralisation .. a City of Suburbs and Neigh- borhoods ....a City of Short Distances with all open public and private infrastructure. - has to reduce the privare car circulation extremely to safe the ground! More density requires more open public space!!! - has to reduce the consumption of all natural resources – especially the ground, the water and the energy!!! Therefore all buildings have to be Zero Houses ... better Energy Plus Houses!!!! (Master Plan to reduce the Energy Consumption)
