It’s main components are marketing, hosting of a foreign delegation from Italy, organisation of a public lecture about the cultivation of various typical products and the organisation of two main events; the first aims at showcasing local products cultivated by local farmers whilst the second event is the presentation of a 16 page publication containing recipes of Gozitan traditional food. The total grant amount allocated to this project is of €22,474.60

Gozo Action Group Foundation Measure 413.6 Festivals & Events (2 nd Call) Ta Ciangura Folk Group This project focuses on the organisation of a 3 day festival in the streets and square of San Lawrenz. Gozo Action Group Foundation Measure 413.4 Landscaping (2 nd Call) Xaghra Local Council This project focuses on the landscaping and embellishment of public spacing including the fittings of street furniture and lighting systems. The total project grant is of €83,823.80.

  14. Gozo Action Group Foundation Measure 413.4 Landscaping (2 nd Call) Rabat Local Council This project focuses on the embellishment of Tal-Lunzjata and Ta' Zejta valleys. This includes the development of a rural recreation park in Wied Ta‘ Zejta and the substitution of the existing asphalted surface of the street Zejta and the substitution of the existing asphalted surface of the street running on the side of the valley basin with local hard stone paving, water gutters and installation of furniture and interpretation panels. The total grant amount for this project is of €80,852.20.

The interventions will focus on embellishing the square by re-paving the square, changing the layout of the square, the creation of a new fountain base, adding irrigation and lighting system and the implementation of a water catchment area. The total grant amount for this project is of €85,589.60.

Gozo Action Group Foundation Measure 413.4 Landscaping (2 nd Call) Nadur Local Council This project focuses on the embellishment of the Nadur main Square from a parking lot to a pedestrian main square, restoring The Function of the square as a social hub, the installation of Interpretative panels to the historic underground war shelter and square cross and the installation of water catchment from the main square to an underground reservoir for cleaning the square and plant/tree watering. The total grant amount for this project is of €121,507.10.
