  4. My Strategy My Strategy > Be persistent – sometimes the third time is a charm > PUT THE CANDIDATE TO WORK!! – Take a 20-30 minute first pass at a nomination statement – Then hand it off to the candidate – He/she knows his/her qualifications better than anyone else
