Article 7-Personnel Policies • Maintenance ¡Department ¡ • ShiO ¡work ¡employees ¡will ¡be ¡paid ¡a ¡differen+al ¡of ¡5% ¡for ¡the ¡evening ¡shiO ¡ and ¡ ¡10% ¡for ¡the ¡night ¡shiO. ¡No ¡current ¡employees ¡will ¡be ¡mandated ¡to ¡work ¡ shiO ¡work. ¡ ¡ • School ¡Clerical ¡Employees ¡ • School ¡secretaries ¡will ¡not ¡be ¡required ¡to ¡subs+tute ¡for ¡teachers, ¡nurses, ¡etc. ¡ except ¡in ¡emergency ¡situa+ons. ¡They ¡will ¡be ¡paid ¡50% ¡of ¡their ¡hourly ¡rate ¡in ¡ addi+on ¡to ¡their ¡regular ¡hourly ¡rate ¡for ¡all ¡+me ¡worked ¡over ¡60 ¡minutes ¡in ¡ these ¡situa+ons. ¡
