Help lpin ing Hands We e are e th the e Ha Hands and Fee eet of of Je Jesus Who we are: † 30 volunteers strong † Contributing over 400 hours of time annually † Sharing 150 meals * What we do: † Prepare meals to stock in the freezer at church † Deliver meals for those who are ill or in need of cheer † Meals are available for any parishioner to pick up and deliver to someone in need * COVID temporarily impacted the ability to share.

Safe Environment Ministry Foster a safe environment for youth and vulnerable adults at St. Gabriel • Administered 281 interviews • Trained and certified 273 new volunteers • Held Training for: • Staff and Employees of St. Gabriel • Eucharistic Ministers to the Sick • Jesse Tree • Hospitality Ministry • Vacation Bible School Volunteers • Pre-School Teachers • Boys Scout Leadership • Conducted 566 background checks • Renewed 896 previously cleared volunteers

Dankasa Deacons, Bishops, • Donated gift to Holy Trinity Seminary’s welcome baskets for the Seminarians, and all called to new and returning seminarians religious life • Provided donation to this summer’s seminarian to support his return to school God Moment: During this time of COVID our own Craig Malone was ordained a Deacon

Women’s Club • Baked Goods for Men’s Club Casino Night • Collected household/baby items for Shiloh Place • Served lunch at Samaritan Inn • Made/distributed more than 50 prayer blankets • And many more activities Annual Craft Fair Monetary Donations • • 80 Vendors $10,000 to St. Gabriel’s • • 1300 Attendees $500 to Men’s Club • • Raised $18,000 $100 to the Quito Mission • $1,200 toward round tables in Kelly Center

Sacred Heart Ministry • Ministry Mission Highlights: • Continued Holy Hour of Reparation & Adoration • Averaged 20 people each week via Zoom sessions • Local people joined who physically could not attend otherwise • Folks from as far away as North Carolina attended • Did an Enthronement in a parishioner’s home • Plan to lead a 40-day Rosary Novena for the upcoming • election to pray for our country starting Sept 24 - Nov 2

Mom’s Ministry July 2019 – June 2020 • 130 members – average of 40 members attending at least one in-person spiritual gathering • Raised $1000 from Fall bake sale to cover operations and provide free childcare for biweekly on-campus Bible studies • Provided a meal train of 51 meals to 8 families as they welcomed new babies home • Hosted two school-year-long Bible study groups and one 6- week Marian study group • Each group consistently had 6-25 members per meeting • Held 72 hours of Bible study and group prayer throughout the year
