  11. APRC Newsletter • Development and distribution of APRC Newsletters in 2013 – 4 in total so far. Website management • Update of information and images on website and member centre • Monitoring APRC LinkedIn Group • Sourcing and uploading images and latest news information onto site. Following up on potential new members – • including invitations, and welcome information. This year we have been liaising with India, South Africa, Indonesia, Philippines, Vietnam and most recently Mongolia. Mongolia will join APRC.

  12. Attending ESOMAR APAC and hosting APRC meeting • Venue and invitation co ‐ ordination Writing and distributing minutes and following up on actions. GRBN Representation and support. The APRC Secretary – General sits on the GRBN committee with the APRC Vice ‐ Chair, Peter Harris and represents APRC: • Attending GRBN committee meetings – taking minutes • Developing GRBN association resources, newsletters, distributing to APRC members • Managing resources on the GRBN website and in its member centre for APRC members.

Financial implications: SSI Japan conducted the fieldwork and have sent APRC an invoice for $11,000 USD APRC will invoice the associations the following amounts: Member Amount AMSRS USD 1,500.00 CMRS USD 500.00 JMRA USD 2,500.00 KORA USD 1,000.00 MRSS USD 500.00 MRSM USD 500.00 MRSNZ USD 500.00 TMRS USD 750.00 Total: USD 7,750.00 (Please note: China was not included in the SSI data collection) APRC will pay USD 2,658 in support of this study from the APRC account. AMSRS will pay the balance $592 USD to make it $11,000 USD $7750 + $2658 +592 = $11,000
