Annual Parishes Liaison Event 2014 Purpose of Workshop needs of vulnerable 1. To help develop a shared understanding of vulnerability and crisis (Presentation, followed by Exercise 1 - 30 minutes) 2. To maps ways in which Parish and Town Councils can deliver or facilitate tackling vulnerability (Plenary followed by Exercise 2, 25 minutes) 3. To understand what support Parish and Town Councils require to be in a better position to help tackle vulnerability (Plenary, 15 minutes) 4. To establish a working group among Parish and Town Council representatives who are prepared to actively help us establish the support we offer (follow up by e-mail) It is a combination of these three components which can lead to vulnerability and crisis.
