Analyst Development Program (ADP) 3-year career program of three stages � Each stage is 12 months (3 years in total) � Operational / Specific project (80/20 – 20/80) � You will have to do better than average! � Every phase/project is getting more difficult � Creates chances and opportunities ---> you have to take them � Creates chances and opportunities ---> you have to take them � Salary based on Dutch standards (€ 2100 - € 2300) � Depending on the tax situation it is aprox. €1500 /month � Your training budget is € 12.000,- for 3 years � You will have some costs � Housing (approx. €600,-) � Health insurrance (approx. €100,-) � Traveling expenses to/for work are reimbursed
