Why „CS30 Strategy “? „ The objective of our activities is to reach a female/male ratio of at least 30 % across all c omputer s cience programs so that women studying computer science are not perceived as a minority.” Reached for first year students in 2014 … but not for all courses yet! Strategy Key Functions Attraction of schoolgirls who become acquainted with IT and its fields of application by imparting basic knowledge. Recruitment of female school seniors and graduates who face the decision of choosing a study program by offering targeted- oriented information, events and study opportunities. Retention of female students who enroll in an IT study subject at the faculty by continuous involvement and development.
