Must be minimum 51% U.S. content. 2) Industry and Analysis- develops and executes international trade and investment policies and strategies. Publishes research on global opportunities for U.S. industry. 3) Enforcement and Compliance - • Investigates allegations of unfair trade and enforces U.S. antidumping duty and countervailing duty trade laws • Facilitates trade and promotes U.S. business investment and commercial activity in more than 1,000 federally designated Foreign Trade Zones • Monitors and ensures compliance with trade agreements negotiated on behalf of U.S. industries 6 3
