Team Leaders • Arrive 20 minutes before your shift • Team Leaders : • Sign in with the base site coordinator – All Street Teams and larger Indoor Teams • Team Leaders have more experience • Phone Numbers: working with the homeless population – Add the BaseSite coordinators phone number to your phone – Confirm that we have the right phone number for you • Stay with your Team Leader • Let your Team Leader know of any issues that • Review your assignment with the base site coordinator arise • Receive all supplies • For Street Teams: Team Leaders may focus on – surveys, tally sheets, participant gifts, map, and button talking with folks and bringing them to the other volunteers to conduct the surveys. • Connect with the rest of the members of your team T HE W INNIPEG S TREET C ENSUS 2015 T HE W INNIPEG S TREET C ENSUS 2015
