What is Air Force ROTC Integrity - Service - Excellence • A challenging endeavor used to develop individuals aspiring to become an officer in the US Air Force – Commission begins as a 2nd Lieutenant – Contingent upon graduation and completion of Air Force ROTC requirements.
Requirements Integrity - Service - Excellence • Maintain full time student status • Pass a DODMERB examination – Dept of Defense Medical Examination Review Board • Achieve a Passing Physical Fitness Assessment score • Minimum 2.0 college GPA requirement – 2.5 GPA requirement for scholarship cadets • Achieve a passing AFOQT score

General Military Course Integrity - Service - Excellence • AS100 year (AERO 1101) – During freshman year – Learn about the structure, mission, and professionalism of the Air Force – Discover Air Force opportunities and enhance communication skills
General Military Course Integrity - Service - Excellence • AS200 year (AERO 2101) – Learn about the employment and importance of air power – Includes covering importance of leadership, team building and related skills – Preparing for Field Training
Field Training Integrity - Service - Excellence • Between your AS200 and AS300 year • Selection process • Located at Maxwell AFB, Alabama • A competitive two week evaluation period alongside cadets from across the nation
Professional Officer Course Integrity - Service - Excellence • AS300 year (AERO 3101) – Learn about the importance of quality leadership and the dynamic environment of an Air Force officer – Covers management styles and situations, emphasizing the role of an officer
Professional Officer Course Integrity - Service - Excellence • AS400 year (AERO 4101) – Learn about the leadership role of an Air Force officer in a real world environment – Covers national defense structure, international relations, and governing policy – Preparation for active duty
Physical Training Integrity - Service - Excellence • Sessions offered MWF from 0600 to 0700 • Attendance at a minimum of TWO sessions is mandatory
Leadership Laboratory Integrity - Service - Excellence • AERO 1100 • demonstrate of learned management, leadership and followership skills • Expeditionary Leadership Problems • Land Navigation • Briefing Techniques • High Ropes Course
