  4. Today we’ll cover it all, including important logistics information. But first, 3 things to know before you go….

  5. Watch for ICON 2019 email with barcode, and bring it with you to San Antonio. Email will be sent approximately 1 week before the conference. You will need the barcode for badge pick-up at registration.

  6. Dress code is casual, so pack according to your own style. Bring comfortable shoes for lots of walking!

  7. Download the conference mobile app and plan your schedule ahead of time. Conference app available today. Info about set-up and usage at https://afpglobal.org/app Lots of features including create/save your own schedule & session handouts (if provided by speakers).

Briscoe Western Art Museum 210 West Market Street. Site of “İViva Fiesta!” hosted by AFP San Antonio on Monday evening. (Tickets still available!)

Registration / Badge Pick-Up *** Come early to beat the Sunday morning rush!*** (Registration open Friday afternoon and all day Saturday) Bring email with barcode Pick up registration badge, lunch card, program book, tote bag, & swag including special conference pin. İViva Fiesta!” tickets if you haven’t already. Don’t lose your registration badge or lunch card! There is a cost to replace them!

Registration / Badge Pick-Up Hours @ Convention Center, Bridge Hall on the First Floor Friday, March 29, 1:00 pm – 5:00 pm Saturday, March 30, 7:30 am – 6:30 pm Sunday, March 31, 7:00 am – 5:30 pm (Rush times 7:00 – 9:30am ) Monday, April 1, 7:00 am – 5:30 pm Tuesday, April 2, 7:00 am – 3:30 pm Registrations for pre-conference workshops will be available for pick-up near the workshop rooms on the Second Level. A separate email was sent out to pre-con registrants with further details. Come early to beat Sunday morning rush!

  14. Coffee Breaks! (Tea, too) Coffee breaks will be available in the Marketplace at the convention center during the following times: Sunday, 3:00 – 3:45pm Monday, 9:15 – 10:00am Tuesday, 9:15 am – 10:00am Coffee will also be available Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday and Tuesday mornings prior to the start of pre-con workshops and education sessions.

  15. Lunch in the Marketplace Sunday 11:30am – 1:30pm Monday 11:30am – 1:30pm Tuesday 11:00am – 1:00pm Lunch cards will be provided with $60 value ($20 per day) to be used in the café in the Marketplace. You will receive the lunch card when you check in at registration. It is only valid for lunches in the Marketplace.   17. ADA/Accessibility AFP welcomes everyone and complies fully with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). American Sign Language interpretation provided for both General Sessions. Accomodation requests for audio, visual or mobility needs must be made by March 18.
