Pr Provost’s D Deve velopme ment F Forum Pu Purpose: To provide academic/athletic leadership the opportunity to come together around the business of fundraising at the University of Virginia both from a content perspective (‘big ideas’/pan-University initiatives, institutional brand) and a practical perspective (best practices, effective resource allocation, delivery and quality of services provided). The Forum will serve as a catalyst for the internal planning that will guide the institution’s fundraising strategy leading into, and throughout, the next campaign. Forma mat: Chaired by the Provost and the Senior VP for University Advancement, the Forum will meet quarterly. Membe bership: p: Executive VP & Provost Executive VP for Health Affairs Deans of the University’s 11 schools/colleges Directors of centers/programs that engage in significant philanthropic activity Director of Athletics Vice Provosts for major pan-University initiatives Senior VP for University Advancement Senior Associate VP for Development
