Goals and Objectives • Continue building a culture of philanthropy • Raise $15M in FY 18 for approved initiatives • Expand donor base through acquisition and retention to achieve 27% alumni giving in the Wheaton Fund • Elevate the quality and delivery of our story • Grow the pipeline of future donors and volunteer leaders • Establish Advancement Alumnae/i Engagement metrics • Develop regional engagement plans for our major markets • Expand stewardship for all donors with a renewed focus on principal gift donors and prospects • Increase institutional priority fundraising through CFR • Evaluate and integrate new and existing technology products to increase efficiencies
