Program Outline Program Estim ated $ 1a) $100 bill credit to all residential CARE/ FERA $2.5 million customers Custom er Relief 1b) $250 bill credit to qualifying and responding small $1.0 million business customers 2a) Workforce Electrification Training with $500 stipend $1.0 million W orkforce Relief 2b) Workforce Home Electrification Installation $0.5 million 3a) Resiliency Infrastructure Planning Support $1.0 million Com m unity Resiliency 3b) Resiliency Infrastructure Capital Project Support $4.0 million
1 a) Residential Bill Credits: $ 2 .5 Million • $100 Bill Credit for Residential CARE/ FERA customers . o Over 24,000 customer accounts currently with CARE/ FERA . o Increments of $50 on-bill credits, automatically applied for June & July statements .
1 b) Sm all Business Bill Credits: $ 1 Million • $250 Bill Credit for Small Business commercial accounts o 4,000 credits to businesses who qualify and apply . o Letters sent to 10,000+ customers
2 a) W orkforce Relief Contractor Training: $ 1 .5 Million • Provide $500 relief stipend to licensed contractors, apprentices & journeymen upon completion of training . o Five self-paced online courses focused on building electrification technologies .. o Delivered through local community college platform
2 b) W orkforce Relief I nstallation I ncentives: $ 0 .5 Million • Allow participants in the training to apply electrification knowledge . o Up to $3,000 incentive for installation of batteries, heat pump water heaters or heat pump furnace . o Installation at their residence or workplace .
3 a) Com m unity Resilience Regional Planning & Technical Assistance: $ 1 Million • Regional tools to aid communities in the planning and technical aspects of resilience projects . o SVCE to provide centralized contracting for partners providing assistance and planning .. o Funding distributed based on load allocation of member agencies
3 b) Com m unity Resilience Capital Support: $ 4 Million • Local grants for shovel-ready resilience projects . o Projects can include energy storage, mirco-batteries, capacity etc. .. o Funding distributed based on load allocation of member agencies
