Pandemic EBT Benefits – New special program to be implemented during the month of June which will provide a one-time P-EBT benefit to recipients of the state’s Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) and non-SNAP households with children who receive free and reduced-price school means.   5. 5/29/20 If you are sick and need to stay home • Federal Emergency Paid Sick Leave - If your employer has fewer than 500 employees, they are required to give paid sick days for certain COVID-19 related personal medical and caregiving needs. Available to all regardless of immigration status • NJ Earned Sick Leave - Almost all employers in New Jersey must provide full-time, part-time, and temporary employees with earned sick leave so they can care for themselves or a loved one. Available to all regardless of immigration status • Workers’ Compensation - Almost all employers are mandated to participate in a “no fault” insurance program that provides income and medical-cost benefits to employees who suffer job-related injuries or illnesses.
