Tools are more aligned Performance appraisal surveys to Program Directors includes some Milestones based wording Some Milestones will be based on D ‐ H Values ‐ Based Behaviors Program Coordinators are encouraged to use the self ‐ reflection tool to develop annual goals 14 My Toolkit Advice Share your ideas about using the tool with your Administrators/ Coordinators and solicit their input 15 5
