  10. Using Oregon’s Clinical Quality Metrics Registry (CQMR) for 2018 eCQMs Kate Lonborg, CQMR Program Manager, OHA

  11. CQMR Key Dates • January 14, 2019: Go live for Medicaid EHR Incentive Program to report 2018 eCQMs – MAPIR will open for 2018 attestations on the same date • February 1, 2019: Go live for Merit-based Incentive Payment System (MIPS) and Comprehensive Primary Care Plus (CPC+) support – If you participate in multiple programs, you may choose to use CQMR to send eCQMs to CMS for MIPS or CPC+ reporting • TBD: Going live later for CCO incentive measures – plan to use for pilots ahead of 2019 reporting 11

  12. CQMR – Onboarding Steps • Set up OneHealthPort account for Single Sign-On – Register your organization or if already registered, connect with your administrator – Identify end users and assign them appropriate roles • Sign legal agreements – Legal agreements will be posted on the onboarding page – Signed legal agreements should be returned to Oregon.CQMR@dhsoha.state.or.us • Review training materials, webinars – Details and materials: https://www.oregon.gov/oha/HPA/OHIT/Pages/CQMR- Onboarding.aspx 12

  13. MAPIR and CQMR • Only eCQM reporting is switching to CQMR • You will still use MAPIR for most components of attestation (e.g., patient volume, MU objectives, supporting documentation) • You can do MAPIR and CQMR work in any order – Start in MAPIR for attestation components for one or more EPs and then go to CQMR to upload eCQMs – or vice versa 13

  14. Using the CQMR – Highlights To submit data, ask your organization’s OneHealthPort administrator for a Quality Reports and Data Entry role • Other roles (Quality Manager, Quality Reports) are view only – For explanations of roles, visit CQMR Resources page • You won’t be able to access the system if you log in to CQMR before your organization signs legal agreements 14

  15. Using the CQMR – Highlights (continued) • You can upload eCQMs for multiple EPs – you do not need to set up a different account for each EP • Options to submit eCQMs in QRDA 3 or Excel template (template is available on Program Year 2018 webpage); no more manual entry of eCQMs into MAPIR • Multiple options for data transport: – Quality Measures Upload tab in CQMR portal – SFTP – Direct secure message – API 15

  16. For more CQMR information • Register for a training webinar – Thursday, Jan. 17, 9:30-noon – Tuesday, Feb. 26, 1-3:30 – Tuesday, Apr. 9, 9:30-noon • Visit the CQMR webpage – Onboarding information – Training materials – More materials being added – subscribe to updates 16
