2017 Program Improvements • MCH Strategic Data was utilized as the data source for local government agencies to be included in the Excavator Mailing • The security message was expanded and the full text of Part 196 was included in the ESG-PE • A database of State level DOT offices was created for use with the Excavator mailing and the Public Officials mailing • The PO Newsletter was redesigned and personalized articles were included • A new appendix for storage facilities and the reorganization of the response steps to align with the DOT ERG were major changes incorporated into the PERG booklet • A narrated presentation for Emergency Responders was developed by PANW • School specific e-learning modules were further developed 3
Excavator Direct Mail Program • Excavation Safety Guide - Pipeline Edition • Custom cover pages and inside pages • Statewide coverage in 14 states • Individual counties in 23 other states • Additional copies offered to all One Calls • Mailing sent in April (Safe Digging Month) • Base program dues are $1.10 per excavator • 515,000 mailed in 2017 4

School Pipeline Safety Program • Partnership – Danielle Dawn Smalley Foundation • Three Options for School Communications: ➢ Tier I - $160 / year / school School web site and annual mailing in the fall ➢ Tier II - $260 / year / school Web meeting once every four years ➢ Tier III - $460 / year / school Personal visit once every four years Cost reduced to $360 within 150 miles of Dallas, TX • 4 year commitment is required • Approximately 620 schools currently enrolled 16

Ag Communications Program • Participation is open to any organization or company (Association membership is not required) • Three levels of participation: • $3,000 per year – applies to smaller operators with less than 1,000 miles of transmission pipeline • $7,000 per year – applies to medium sized operators with 1,000 to 5,000 miles of transmission pipeline • $15,000 per year – applies to larger operators with more than 5,000 miles of transmission pipeline • Invoices sent to Sponsors in February Online Registration Form 20
