DRAFT PROGRAMS + EVENTS WILDERNESS Explore Outdoor Saint Paul Free and low cost nature programs for all ages Goats and Grounds Grazing as a strategic, multi-year approach to manage invasive species at parks within the river watershed. 37 goats will work in Indian Mounds, Crosby Lake, and Hidden Falls Regional Parks in 2017 and 2018.
