Project Title: District: Need-Date: Project: Boulevard East PST Mountain Empire 2020 2017-XXX TL626 to SY Existing Driving Factor: Normally Open • TL626 being removed from service as part of 69 kV Line CNF scope. 500 kV Line Cost to keep TL626 is $62.6 Million. DESCANSO o 138 kV Line • P2 of Loveland bus, P6 or P7 of TL625 & TL629 TL6957 will island the CNF load pocket. Substation Scope: GLENCLIFF LOVELAND • TL625 Close in TL6931 • RFS BK50 at BUE and replace with 100 TL629 MVA +/- 45 degree PST. To OCCOTILLO • CRESTWOOD Upgrade all protection, jumpers and terminal TL6957 equipment in CNF area to achieve a 136MVA continuous rating. TL6958 BOULEVARD • Use the removed BUE BK 50 to replace MS TL50004 BK 50 which operates at 132kV. We can TL6931 better manage VAR resources maintaining BARRETT TL6923 ECO consistent 138kV bus. TL13844 CAMERON Issues: • Need a second feed into the CNF load pocket. TL626 to SY Proposed 69 kV Line • The delay of Granite loop-in presents a need New PST to control the flow along TL6931 to prevent Modified 69 kV line TL631 NERC violations. DESCANSO • N-1 of TL50001 or TL50003 presents a need TL629 to control the flow along TL6931 to prevent NERC violations.
