Aboriginal Labour Market Community Navigator Ini7a7ve - Liaise, coordinate and support strategic linkages with First Na7ons, industry, training providers, ASETS, and government. - Work directly with First Na7on leaders and their membership to Iden7fy gaps, exis7ng strengths, skills and resources to effec7vely coordinate skills training opportuni7es. - Provide recommenda7ons on how to close these gaps at the community level.
