• Wampum • Given to the tribe for the good of the tribe • Vote on Tribal Name • Must be original name • Shake tail feathers • Update our office • Tribe Craft or Game • First meeting work on name tags • Write name, phone # on back • Explanation of first year Feather Awards

Program Fees • Based on child in program: • Y Member: $114 • Non Member: $131 • Pay by cash, card, or check made out to YMCA • VISA, MASTER CARD & AMERICAN EXPRESS. • We DO NOT accept DISCOVER. • Chief turn in ALL registration forms and program fees for tribe, pick up supplies.

Completed & signed registration forms from ALL tribe members (Available in lobby) 2. Program fees from each tribe member. We will only release first year kits and supplies when we receive a completed tribe’s registration. This process is to ensure that everyone is entered in our system accurately and efficiently. If you do not have ALL forms and payments tonight, you can deliver them to our office no later than Friday, September 29.
