Major Milestones and Accomplishments – Improved Transit  9 San Bruno Rapid Project (11th Street and Bayshore Boulevard) finished construction.  L Taraval Rail and Overhead Rehabilitation Project early implementation nearly complete.  Geary Pedestrian Improvements Project , part of Geary Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) Phase 1, received approval from the SFCTA Board in Recently completed 9R San Bruno Rapid bus January 2017 to certify the island with bike lane on 11 th and Harrison. Environmental Impact Report. 4

Project Changes and Challenges  Caltrain: Contract with firm responsible for designing and implementing the Positive Train Control System (CBOSS) cancelled  Schedule Changes: Pedestrian Countdown Signals to High Injury Contract termination was necessary due to lack of Corridors and New Signals on High progress for Caltrain’s positive train control system Injury Corridors projects  Added Pedestrian Safety Projects: Potrero Avenue Roadway Improvements, Mission Street & Trumbull Street Intersection Upgrades, 8th and Market Street Transit Boarding Island  Bond Hearing Scheduled: April 5, Government Audit and Oversight Committee 5

  6. Expenditure Summary As of 1/31/2017 *1 st Bond Issuance amount excludes Accountability and Cost of Issuance. **Total Available Budget represents the 1 st Bond Issuance amount less funds remaining to be allocated. 6
