  7. 2013 20 13 Ap Appro propriation priation & Ca Case seloa load  On December 21, 2012, FNS assigned tentative 2013 caseload and administrative grants to States, while CSFP was funded under a short-term Continuing Resolution, at a level prorated to $186.935 million.  FY 2013 Full-year Continuing Resolution provided CSFP with $181.873 million, after two across-the-board rescissions.  Given this funding reduction, the national caseload level was reduced to 588,000 on April 5, 2013. Reductions applied prorata to all States.  Resources insufficient to support 6 new States with approved State plans (CT, HI, ID, MA, MD, RI).

Adds new Web-Based Supply Chain Management (WBSCM) codes to the calculator. • The Inventory Calculator is a tool for tracking inventory levels – recommended levels 2 to 2 ½ months by food package category. • Combines data submitted on the FNS-153 with WBSCM food order reports to provide an estimated State inventory level.
