Meet Mr. Mueller, In Inte terim Pri rincipal • Member of Middleburg Community • Worked on the development of MCCS Charter Concept in 2013 • Previously served on MCCS BoD • Interim Principal for Hillsboro Charter Academy • Administrative and Leadership Tenure o Principal at Mascenic High School in Ipswich, NH for 10 years o Assistant Principal at Grove Middle School in Raymond, NH for four years o 11 years of teaching at the Middle School and High School level in the New Hampshire school system

Sc School Mis ission Te Team (S (SMT) Str Strategic Vis ision • The SMT will serve as the MCCS’ primary advisory team, providing input, feedback and assistance to the BOD and Charter School at large • Their areas of recommendations will include the following primary areas: • School operations, safety, parent feedback, communications, academic programs, school calendar, Intersession development, event planning • The SMT will meet on a regularly basis, but no less than monthly, to review these topic areas, assess needs and make recommendations to the BOD for action • The SMT and the BOD will meet regularly to improve the working interchange and engage future planning efforts and collaboration

Curr urriculum (Ac (Academic ics) • In process of adding an Educational Advisor to the BoD to support the Principal • In process of working with LCPS for support (reading and math specialists) • Collaborating with our sister school, Hillsboro Charter Academy (HCA) • Criteria for Principal search is to have expertise in curriculum development and coordination • Work with Principal to ensure curriculum is being implemented and articulated in a systemic manner • Review and optimize academic assessment process and communications

We are committed to unifying our school and better communicate with our school community Communicatio Co ion • Increased and Consistent Communications to MCCS Community • Streamline school-wide communications • Working with SMT to ensure a consistent calendar of events and important dates • Provide regular feedback on academic progress of all MCCS students: qualitative (soft skills) and quantitative (academic progress)
