 At capacity for physical space, electrical, HVAC at I35 location.  Exceeded capacity for physical space & materials storage at C&I Annex.  Need to collaborate, in-person across teams and depts.  Employees housed offsite due to lack of space; C&I Annex at LOA, Montgomery Building at KES, BMS, & Old Kyle Library.  Meeting & training space is extremely limited district-wide.  Exceeded capacity for Parking: current double- & triple-parking is hazardous.  Board of Trustees meeting site needed.  Print Shop is undersized for current operations.  Live Oak Academy enrollment is restricted; could expand to C&I Annex portion of building.
