  4. 07/03/2014 i) Stock-take terrestrial biodiversity and related resources in Hong Kong; ii) Systematically review terrestrial biodiversity status, trends, threats, impacts and drivers of gains and losses, and identify information/knowledge gaps and key biodiversity issues; iii) Recommend and prioritise actions to address the gaps and issues; iv) Develop indicators and a reporting system to monitor the status of terrestrial biodiversity; v) Formulate measures for evaluating the effectiveness of the BSAP with respect to the conservation of terrestrial biodiversity; vi) Report to the BSAP Steering Committee the findings and recommendations of the Working Group. 3.   6. 07/03/2014 Developing a Biodiversity Strategy and Action Plan for Hong Kong DATE: 20 Dec 2012 , Civic Exchange By Lisa Hopkinson This report sets out how Hong Kong can develop a Biodiversity Strategy and Action Plan (BSAP), based on the Convention of Biological Diversity’s (CBD) guidance and principles, so that effective and urgent actions can be taken to protect Hong Kong’s wildlife and ecosystems and prevent further loss of biodiversity. 6
