Information Classification: CONTROLLED What can we do? • Issue Penalty Charge Notices (PCN’s) to vehicles observed parked in contravention of the restrictions. • Offer advice and information • Maintain all Car Park Machines What we can’t do • Direct Traffic • Issue a PCN when a vehicle is causing an obstruction, and no Parking restrictions are present • Remove a vehicle (assisting ABV team) www.cornwall.gov.uk
