WP1 – Ob Objec ectives es Overall: To guarantee the smooth and succesful project implementation by all parties involved, ensuring attractiveness, excellence, inclusiveness and positioning the Alliance as a pilot integrated structure in terms of managment O1.1 Overall coordination of the project including legal and financial issues O1.2 Development of innovative methods and tools to improve management practices and the implementation of the project O1.3 Engineering other EU projects to sustain the management of the Alliance and transfer best practices O1.4 Dissemination of the best practices implemented in the Alliance O1.5 Progress monitoring and quality assurance of the Alliance’s management integrated practices and overall assessment
