Membership update EaP CSF Statute – updated as a result of the adopted internal reform – not finalized, to be voted at AA 2019 - defines membership – permanent members, delegates, friends of the Forum, observers - right to vote and be elected to the SC – delegates - NPs electing delegates and facilitators - Publishing database of members -New delegates to be selected for the cycle 2020-2021 between November 2019 (call open) and March 2020 Code of ethical conduct – adopted at AA in Tbilisi, minimum standards to ensure the fundamental principles of integrity, transparency, and accountability, binding for the members, SC, NPs, Secretariat Arbitration Committee Re-granting to NPs
The EaP CSF – the voice of civil society in EU decision making • The Forum is Civil Society’s telephone to policy makers: but the phone is one and we need to decide first what to say, whom to call and when to call. • The WG meetings are the occasion to decide all the above together.

Regranting 2019 • Building a common response to hybrid threats – enhancing cooperation of EaP CSOs in policy solutions building (Lead Partner: Georgian Foundation for Strategic and International Studies) • Russian military presence in some of the EaP countries and its impact on human rights situation (Lead Partner: Helsinki Citizens’ Assembly Vanadzor, Armenia) • Monitoring recent developments of Russian propaganda’s messages, tools and methods (Lead Partner: Internews Ukraine) • Developing the joint advocacy plan of the EaP Forum, EaP National Platforms for the promotion of the prevention, protection and prosecution of the gender-based violence in EaP countries and the implementation/ratification of the Istanbul Convention (Lead Partner: NGO “ Vesta ”, Moldova)
