How did id it it work k out? Lessons le learnt • Inclusion of persons with disabilities is welcomed. • Barriers are frequent, yet solutions can be found, prompting a fresh look at how we work. • Attracting qualified candidates is a challenge. • Recruitment processes/tools need redesign to be inclusive and accessible. • Readiness of offices to change and adjust is a precondition for inclusive work environments. • Leveraging abilities is what matters, less the focus on the disability.
What’s next? • 2 nd phase roll-out – expanded scope • Talent Pipeline maintenance • Career development support • Recruitment and selection • Experience and lessons learnt to inform policy development
Let’s work together to make it happen.
