Program Development Timeline • TCEQ requests survey of industrial users from SJRA 2003 • TCEQ requests SJRA to develop Program • SJRA Program submittal to TCEQ 2004 • SJRA begins voluntary Program implementation 2005 • SJRA begins review and updates to Program documents based on regulatory changes 2013 • SJRA submits revised Program documents 2015 • TCEQ reviews submittal to finalize technical review of Program 2016 • TCEQ requests document to finalize Program approval in March 2018 2017
Applies to all Users of the wastewater system • 5 Industrial User Permits • 465 Interceptor Permits

Program Enforcement • Inspections and investigations • Compliance Orders • Common - Adjusted pumping frequency • Common - Plumbing layout adjustment • Water service termination • By retail provider usually in severe cases with public health issues • Legal Proceedings
