  10. Luggage • One bag for the hold max weight 23kg • A checked bag can be up to 90 x 75 x 43cm (35.5 x 29.5 x 16in), including any bits that stick out, like the handle, pockets and wheels. • 1 additional cabin bag (max. 23kg / 51lb and up to 56 x 45 x 25cm / 22 x 18 x 10in)

ALL ITEMS TAKEN ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE STUDENTS THEMSELVES E.G. MOBILE PHONES AND iPADS etc

Money Euros are needed for: • Food and drinks for both airports/flights • Evening activities • Snacks and drinks at the hotel • Refundable damage deposit for hotel (20 € ) The bank system • We will look after the students’ money for safe keeping • Please give it to us in a named envelope containing 100 Euros (ideally 10/20 € ) • We will hand money to the students on: Monday, Wednesday, Saturday Envelope needs to be handed to Mrs Norman (Admin office) by Friday 1 st February

  15. Passports EHICs… • Must be valid for the duration of the journey • EHICs must be in date! Passports and EHICs need to be handed to Mrs Norman (Admin office) by Friday 1 st February

  16. Medication • Bring own needs • Each student should bring a small First Aid Kit – Plasters! • Recommend ibuprofen and paracetamol to be handed in • Epipen users must have a letter from the doctor to confirm the student is an epipen user (British Airways requirement) Prescribed medicines, inhalers and all paracetamol etc need to be handed to Student reception by Monday 11 th February. Need to be in a named container/plastic wallet with instructions i.e. dose and frequency noted.
