Reticulation Options Assessed • Reticulation of all properties in Te Puna West to Omokoroa Transfer Pipeline • Reticulation of all properties in Te Puna West and construction of a new treatment plant • Partial reticulation for properties that cannot comply with OSET plan and construction of a new treatment plant • Upgrade of all septic tanks to AWTS units and the construction of a centralised disposal field to take the treated waste PEOPLE PLAN PROGRESS TE KAUNI HERA O TE HAUAURU

Grinder Pump Ownership and Maintenance Property owner funds and owns the grinder pump unit. Owner maintains unit. Property owner funds grinder pump and transfers it to Council.
