Introduction → Netizen Agency : 10 students from all over the world (France, Bulgaria, Greece and Morocco). → Our mission : create a multilingual website for immigrants who want to integrate into a society of a foreign country. → 3 languages : French, English and Greek

The workload (1/2) → We have used instant messaging application in order to communicate in a simple way (Discord, WhatsApp). → The tasks have been divided according to the profiles : - Graphic Designer : production of promotional posters, flyers, graphic charter and the design of agency’s official documents. Participate in Web design. - Communication team : writing the book of specifications, creation of promotional videos and the writing of content for the site. Creation of the site’s model.
The workload (2/2) - Programming team : the tasks have been divided in two sections : front-end and back-end programming. Front-end programming delegated to the four HTML/CSS developers and Back-end programming delegated to the MySQL/PHP developer.

Implementation choices → Front-end : HTML/CSS/Bootstrap/Javascript → Back-end : MySQL/PHP
Communication strategy (1/4) - Advertising → ads based on testimonials from people who used the services of our website. → Purpose : gather testimonies from different people (situation presented + origins) in order to highlight all the services offered by our site.
Communication strategy (2/4) - social network → Facebook : most used social network worldwide => reach a large numbers of people → Twitter : relay information (legal information, new laws etc.) and answer at the questions in the comment.
Communication strategy (3/4) - offline → Distribute posters and flyers in this place : - Greek Embassy in Paris (France) - British Embassy in Paris → The goal is to gain visibility in administrative establishment

Conclusion → Project very rewarding for all team members. → The big difficulty was to work with foreign students (different working method and internal communication). → This project enabled us to use all our knowledges and technical skills. It was an excellent assessment.
