TEMPORARY LIVING ARRANGEMENTS Temporary Space Options Maria’s Tower - Temporary Triple Spaces*** 182 Broadway & 33 Beekman- Temporary Quad Spaces Students in Temporary Spaces are volunteers, or those who were among the latest to apply for housing Students who move in to a Temporary Space receive a reduction of their fall semester rent in the amount of $800 If students have not been offered a permanent space by October 31 st they will receive another $800 reduction All students will be offered a permanent solution by the start of the spring semester In 2015-2016 all Temporary Spaces were placed by the 3 rd week of school ***TEMP TRIPLES should not be confused with PERMANENT triples that are offered in 182 Broadway and our other buildings***
