3. big rocks. Do the A category tasks first • Don’t get caught in the whirlwinds without coming up for air • Similar to the mason jar theory •
4. eat the frog. Tool to combat procrastination • Simply do the worst tasks first • Free up your mind and move on with your day •
5. time blocking. Requires clear communication • Motivation and willpower dwindles throughout the day • Block time to be offline and slash tasks •
